Trimstone Manor Hotel Country House Hotel is proud to boast a recently refurbished restaurant that is now open to its patrons and the general public.

Until the end of 2008, our Chef, Jon Hughes was the Head Chef at the Hampshire Hotel, St Helier which was awarded three stars! He has prepared a scintillating range of menus for your delectation.

Meet for pre-dinner drinks at the bar before relaxing and enjoying your meal in the dining room, followed by coffee there or in the lounge.

Stay and dine or if visiting elsewhere in the area, come and sample our Restaurant! We have a good selection of wines and malt whiskeys If you have any special requests, we will be pleased to source them for you.

Jon’s passion for food covers a very wide range of styles and skills. Whilst he is an enthusiast for every aspect of cooking, he relishes fish and meat dishes although he very much enjoys his sauces as well as having an innovation and excitement with menu choices. We have a Patrons’ Club with special offers for regular customers and other initiatives and special offers so please do make sure you register your details with us (email preferred if you have one!). We appreciate that for our success, we have to make sure that we keep you happy but then, that is our objective! We welcome children and encourage you to mention them when booking your table so Chef will make sure an appropriate menu is available for them.
