Tyme Restaurant is set within the beautiful 17th Century Trimstone Manor Country House Hotel which lies in 44 acres of landscaped gardens and beautiful North Devon countryside.
We serve quality cuisine that is fresh, seasonal and local and are open all year for evening meals, Sunday and week-day lunches, coffee and cream teas. We are able to cater for larger functions, including weddings and private parties so whether you want a formal a la carte meal in our Restaurant or a marquee in our landscaped gardens, we can help design an event tailored to suit you.

Having put down roots in North Devon, our Head Chef, Darren Smith (who started in the Royal Berkshire Hilton where he worked for six years) draws inspiration from Northern Italy and France.
He is now excited about being creative with the local produce and is inspired to develop his own modern take on classical dishes. We have a fantastic range of food producers and suppliers on our doorstep which he incorporates into his own take of the best quality of modern cuisine that is fresh, seasonal and local. |

Patrons
We have a Patrons’ Club with special offers for regular customers and other initiatives so please do make sure you register your details with us (email preferred if you have one).
Vouchers
Vouchers may be personalised and made out for any denomination you wish. They may be redeemed against expenditure on food and drink at the Restaurant at any time in the six months following purchase.

We are open for evening meals, Sunday and week-day lunches, private parties, weddings, conferences and workshops. Booking advised.
We welcome children and encourage you to mention them when booking your table so Darren Smith, our Head Chef, can make sure an appropriate menu is available for them. Please do let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements should Darren need to prepare something specially for you, which is always his pleasure.
