Paddock cottage is a charming property set within spectacular countryside. It features use of; the indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, games room, play tennis court and high-speed Wi-Fi. This cottage sleeps 8 and is near to Woolacombe beach.

Enter into the spacious and modern kitchen diner with laminate flooring and white shaker units fitted recently. The kitchen is fully equipped for any family or group holiday comprising dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample crockery. A comfortable sofa suite for leisure purposes is nestled to the side of this room. 2 folding dining tables and chairs are in Paddock Cottage for entertaining. An LCD Freeview TV with DVD player is wall-mounted in the corner of the room.

Continue through the downstairs of the cottage into a reading room extended/split dining area (which ever suits your requirements best), a cosy arm chair and second 2 seater sofa provide the perfect opportunity to kick back with a good book after a day exploring North Devon.

The stairs and hall enjoy exposed original stone work and the traditional oak beams which remind us how old this cottage is and it’s a pleasure to still admire the heritage remaining today.

The Master bedroom is located on the right with warm, earthy tons of gold and browns. This room has a double bed with views of the wonderful countryside and the poultry collection at the bottom of the field. It has two bedside tables with reading lamps nestled in the alcoves behind the bed, This room benefits from a wall mounted Freeview LCD TV with DVD player, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The 2nd Double bedroom has subtle tones of aqua create a harmonising and relaxing space of tranquillity. This room has a double bed, bedside table with reading lamps, chair, wardrobe and a wall-mounted Freeview TV with DVD facilities.

Mill Cottage is a quirky, traditional cottage that offers a ‘topsy turvy’ living arrangement with one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area on the upper floor, so also appealing to the older generation with limited mobility and making the most of the country views from the upstairs.

The Master bedroom (ground floor) is a spacious, large bedroom and has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with 2 lovers’ seats, walk-in shower cubicle and a separate ensuite wc.
