Upon entering the outside hall shared with neighbouring Mill Cottage (so a great opportunity to take both properties together!), Mill Apartment has its own staircase up to its front door.

At the far end, its comfortable double bedroom has beautiful, exposed beams with a bedside table, reading lamp, wall mounted mirror, wardrobe and side table.

The new, white bathroom suite comprises a double-sized shower cubicle, wc, washbasin and wall-mounted mirror.

The newly installed modern kitchen has grey effect work surfaces, matching grey slate splashbacks and cream-fronted shaker units. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob, toaster and microwave.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa suite, a large LCD Freeview TV with DVD player on a storage unit and dining table suitable for 4. There is room here for two zbeds to be installed at small extra charge and the Apartment is otherwise configured for four people.
