An LCD Freeview TV with DVD player is wall-mounted in the corner of the room.
Continue through the downstairs of the cottage into a reading room extended/split dining area (which ever suits your requirements best), a cosy arm chair and second 2 seater sofa provide the perfect opportunity to kick back with a good book after a day exploring North Devon.

A beautiful Double bedroom with quality bed linen and traditional beamed roof. This spacious bedroom features 2 bedside tables with a reading lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall-mounted mirror.
Large single bedroom with a single bed, bedside table with reading lamp, wardrobe alcove hanging rail and a chest of drawers. There is room for a zbed here if required.
Family bathroom with white modern suite includes a bath with shower over, wc, washbasin and mirror.
1ST FLOOR (second stair case leading from ground floor)
The stairs and hall enjoy exposed original stone work and the traditional oak beams which remind us how old this cottage is and it’s a pleasure to still admire the heritage remaining today.
The Master bedroom is located on the right with warm, earthy tons of gold and browns. This room has a double bed with views of the wonderful countryside and the poultry collection at the bottom of the field. It has two bedside tables with reading lamps nestled in the alcoves behind the bed, This room benefits from a wall mounted Freeview LCD TV with DVD player, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The 2nd Double bedroom has subtle tones of aqua create a harmonising and relaxing space of tranquillity. This room has a double bed, bedside table with reading lamps, chair, wardrobe and a wall-mounted Freeview TV with DVD facilities.
