Your accommodation is available from 5pm on your arrival day (this could be earlier, if the room/cottage is ready, you are welcome to call ahead prior to your arrival on the day) Please come to Reception, ring the bell for assistance and you will be directed to your accommodation. The key will be in the door of your room/cottage prior to your arrival. If you need a later check-in that is no problem, please just let us know as soon as possible (preferably at least 24 hours in advance, please). On your departure date, please leave your accommodation before 10.00am and your key in the door of the room/cottage. Thank you.
There are several guidelines set out below for you:
Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the key points when entering and exiting, these can be found at the Entrance of the Hotel, the Entrance of the Swimming Pool area and the Entrance of the Games Room.
Please make sure you have downloaded the NHS Covid-19 App, as you are required to scan the NHS QR code on your arrival, this can be found at the entrance of the Hotel and/or in the entrance of your cottage.
Please use the antiseptic wipes/spray to wipe down the gym equipment before and after use. All tissues/wipes to be placed in the bin provided.
In order that all our guests get to enjoy the Swimming pool, we advise it’s used at your own discretion, with your own families/bubbles. Please be mindful of social distancing of others at all times. Please change in your rooms and not use the changing rooms at this time.
Please be mindful and use social distancing at all times around other guests, visitors and staff.
To minimise face to face contact, we would ask you to call reception on 0, if you have any queries or need assistance. Alternatively you can call the main hotel number 01271 862841.
Daily servicing of Hotel rooms will not be available, should you require any towels, cups, saucers, spoons, glasses, tea/coffee top ups to be replaced we ask that you please leave any dirty ones outside your door for collection. Replacements will be left outside your hotel room on a tray.
If you have prior booked a breakfast, lunch or evening meal please adhere to at least 1 meter distancing at all times. You will see the tables have been set out to assist in this. There will be a name card on your table and a one way system in the dining room. Your order will be taken once you are seated.
